A Couple of Society Shuckers!
EPOL was a fabulous success! Over 54 folks enjoying oysters in call kinds of ways ~ fried, grilled, Rockefeller & of course raw on the half shell. Our “shuckers” were right on halving cases of oysters which were readily consumed by the masses!
