- Reviewing your vessel and its equipment, making sure that everything is ready and operational at all times
- Designing and implementing a vessel maintenance schedule and ensuring its timely and exceptional performance
- Keeping a log of any and all maintenance performed on your vessel
- Developing proposals for proactive maintenance, service and upgrades

Our routine management services consist of twice monthly exterior cleaning with materials furnished by us. We periodically check all machinery fluid levels, start engines, bringing them up to operating temperature, check and service sea strainers, monitor battery condition and perform preventative maintenance tasks according to equipment and boat manufacturer recommendations. By request, or when it is necessary, we will run a sea trial on your vessel. We perform a complete vessel check on a regular basis reviewing all systems. We are vigilant during storm warnings or other extreme weather conditions and we are diligent about taking precautions to help ensure your boat’s security.
The standard monthly management fee for the above services is $16.00/foot. We can tailor our services to your needs if you prefer cleaning more or less often. We are happy to prepare a quote based on your individual needs.
Our captain services are also available to further the enjoyment of your vessel. Whether you want to sit back and relax, entertain your guests and “leave the driving to us”, or learn safe boating skills, the options are endless.
Items such as compounding and waxing your vessel, mechanical and captain services are performed on an hourly basis or per quote on specific items. If outside contractors are brought in to work on your vessel, we use ABYC certified technicians whenever they are available.
If your vessel is on a lift, we will see to the periodic maintenance. We will see that your dock is maintained from the seawall out: cleaning, sealing, etc. We use qualified, licensed contractors who specialize in dock building, maintenance and repair.
