The fantastic weather brought out a very large crowd of twenty-nine boats (29) cruising up to Pelican Bay and Cayo Costa State Park. We had a great time exploring the area on foot, by kayak, by paddle board, and by dinghy. There was a large population of manatee in Manatee Hole. A dozen of our dinghies made the trek up Lover’s Lane for a relaxing time on the secluded South Beach. We all had a great time with great friends at what has to be (don’t tell anyone) one of the best anchorages in all of the U.S.
