6. Sailing Instructions

6.1 Registration for the regatta, and all regatta related information is available using yachtscoring.com. Please register at the following link. This is a BOTY event but you must still register for the event. This is how the program knows to include you on the scratch sheet.

All documentation including the NOR, sailing instructions, Scratch sheet, and Results will be available online using the yschtscoring.com program:

https://yachtscoring.com/emenu.cfm?eid=14766.

Our use of yachtscoring.com is a rather new process for all of us. I suggest emailing me your name, boat and phone number as a backup to registration to make sure you were successful in your registration process.

7. Scoring

7.1 The Low Point Scoring System, Appendix A of the RRS, will be used. Each boat's score will be the sum of the scores for all races, with exclusions as defined in the Sailing Instructions; this amends RRS A2.

8. Radio Communication

8.1 All boats must be equipped with a working VHF radio, either fixed or handheld capable of receiving and sending on VHF channels 16 and 72. The Race committee will monitor and broadcast information on channel 72.
